I perform annual physical exams, Medicare Wellness Visits and oversee a variety of chronic and complex conditions. If you have many medications, I can help manage or reduce them. I also see acute concerns and arrange care after hospitalization. I am skilled in managing uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, obesity and high cholesterol. I enjoy discussing nutrition and can help oversee many behavioral health conditions. If there is an area that I do not specialize in, I will help to get you to the right place. My goal is for patients to enter the office feeling it is a safe space and to leave feeling empowered about their health. If we cannot solve a problem in one day, you should still feel that we have made an actionable plan to facilitate your health and well-being.
