I am a family practice nurse practitioner and enjoy collaborating with patients of all genders, ages, backgrounds and diagnoses to maintain and improve their health. I look forward to partnering with folks for needs from annual wellness exams through major life changes. I work in medicine because health matters. I want to be part of making high-quality care available to more people. My experience to date has been focused on community health, addiction medicine and trauma informed, strength-based care. I am a caring, focused, responsive partner in navigating both health and the healthcare system with my patients. Patient care should be patient led. I bring together medical evidence with a patient’s goals and find where the two overlap. If they don’t, I provide information and recommendations so the patient can make the choice that works for their unique circumstances.
