I chose a career in medicine after watching how my mother worried about her ill father who was halfway around the world, always wanting to know what the doctor's plan was. My mission trips in medical school then solidified my desire to specialize in family medicine. I enjoy working with all populations from pediatrics to geriatrics. I strive to be a physician that patients are comfortable coming to when they have a concern, need a thorough annual exam, and seek further assistance with managing chronic diseases. I believe that the physician-patient relationship should be a partnership. My philosophy is to guide patients as they navigate their health by providing them with the tools and information to make informed decisions that will prioritize their well-being.
