Sam Leilabadi, MD

I grew up in Toronto, Ontario and practiced in Buffalo, New York area before moving to the beautiful PNW in 2015 with my family. I provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. My special interests include men's health, chronic disease management and longevity medicine. I have advanced training in mindfulness meditation, and practice meditation on a regular basis. I enjoy working with my patients in planning individual lifestyle modifications to treat chronic diseases including hypertension and diabetes. I strive to have engaged patients that make informed decisions about their health care options. My special area of focus is on health literacy. My practice philosophy rests on the essential triad of good nutrition, regular exercise and high-quality sleep.
