My passion is to provide preventative care to patients of all ages to improve their overall well-being. I have a master's degree in nutrition and enjoy discussing lifestyle medicine as a means to do that. I have a special interest is OMT (osteopathic manipulative medicine) which is a hands-on approach to diagnose, treat, and prevent injuries or illness. My aim is to provide whole person patient-centered care with an emphasis on educating with reliable information to help empower my patients to make informed decisions about their own health.
