Tina Hoffman-Hemme believes patients deserve a provider who will listen to them and do their best to provide the appropriate care to help them achieve a better quality of life and live their best lives. That is why she changed careers in 2008, as she wanted to help be an advocate for the patients she served. Her patients see her as a good listener and diagnostician, always trying to do her best. As a former teacher and currently an advanced nurse, Tina is inherently geared to educate patients and try to explain in ways they can understand. She believes it is the health care providers our role to work as a team to plan the best treatment plan we can to help guide patients to lead better lives, and to always have a focus in preventative care.
