Jaclyn is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist and comes to Optum with more than 15 years of experience. Jaclyn also served in the US Air Force from 2009-2016. When she's not working with patients, she can be found spending time with her five children and husband, exploring the outdoors and trying any new or fun workouts. Jaclyn's care philosophy focuses on the importance of nutrition and healing, gut health and preventive medicine. She is described as energetic, easygoing, and nurturing.
