Maria Parra, DO

Monica Parra, DO, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Parra earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, now known as Rutgers-UMDNJ. She completed her internship and residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Parra became a physician because she is passionate about helping people achieve optimum health. Her patients are glad that she did! They say that she is warm, friendly and compassionate. Most of all, they appreciate how she involves them in their health care treatments and decisions. She educates them about eating nutritiously, exercising regularly and reducing stress. In her spare time, Dr. Parra enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Spanish.
