Shinobu Kaneko, MD

Shinobu Kaneko, MD, practices family medicine. Dr. Kaneko earned her medical degree from Universidad Aut?noma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in Mexico. She completed her internship at LA County-USC Medical Center and her residency at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier. Dr. Kaneko chose the medical profession because several family members, including her parents, are doctors. She is passionate about preventive medicine and patient education. Dr. Kaneko's patients say that she offers the perfect balance of traditional and holistic medicine. In addition to traditional medical care, she provides acupuncture, nutrition therapy and weight-loss treatment, among other services. In her spare time, Dr. Kaneko enjoys outdoor activities and watching her daughter play soccer. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Spanish.
