Daniel Maldonado, MD

Daniel Maldonado, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Maldonado earned his medical degree from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles. He completed an internship and a residency at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he now teaches residents. Throughout his medical education and career, Dr. Maldonado has received numerous honors, including the Dr. Carlos Juan Finlay Award for Community Excellence, the Charles R. Drew Family Practice Award, and a California Hispanic American Medical Association scholarship. Patients say the he is very caring and knowledgeable. He takes his time to listen to patients' concerns, and uses humor to ease their fears. In his spare time he serves as the team doctor for his local high school's football team. He also enjoys watching sports on television. In addition to speaking English, Dr. Maldonado is fluent in Spanish.
