Biography
Hor Chhay, MD, has been practicing family medicine for more than 30 years. Dr. Chhay earned his medical degree from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, School of Medicine in Cambodia. He completed his internship and residency at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach. Dr. Chhay is known for his caring, compassionate manner with patients. He helps them understand their medical conditions and learn how to improve their health through lifestyle changes. He is most proud of the volunteer charity work that he performs when away from the office. In his spare time, he plays a musical instrument, exercises, and gardens. In addition to English, Dr. Chhay is fluent in Khmer (Cambodian) and French.
