Haivy Nguyen, MD, is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Nguyen earned her medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine in New York. She completed her internship and her residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. Dr. Nguyen became a doctor with the goal of helping people lead happier and healthier lives. Dr. Nguyen strongly believes in patient education. She strives to provide the most accessible and easy-to-understand information to help patients with their medical conditions so they can make informed decisions about their health and lifestyle habits. Dr. Nguyen prides herself on being an active listener. She likes to make people smile and laugh, even if it means telling corny jokes. After all, she believes that laughter is the best medicine. When she's not caring for her patients, Dr. Nguyen loves to explore nature and spend time outdoors. She goes camping, hiking, and rock climbing whenever she can. In addition to English, Dr. Nguyen speaks Vietnamese.
