Sherif Labatia, MD

Sherif Labatia, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Labatia earned his medical degree from the University of Cairo Medical School in Egypt. He completed his internship and residency at United Hospital Center in West Virginia. Dr. Labatia chose the medical profession because both of his parents were doctors. He enjoys interacting with patients of all ages, from children to seniors. His patients say that he is empathetic and passionate about his work. Dr. Labatia likes to educate his patients on how to get and stay healthy by making lifestyle changes such as eating nutritious food, exercising regularly and reducing stress. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as walking and hiking, cultural activities, music and spending time with his family. In addition to English, Dr. Labatia speaks fluent Arabic and medical Spanish.
