Vigen Abovian, MD

Vigen Vick Abovian, MD, is board certified in family medicine. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Aut?noma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in Mexico. Dr. Abovian completed his residency at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Memorial in Texas. Dr. Abovian's patients see him as a gentle, sensitive, understanding, and trustworthy physician. He is very involved in preventive medicine and encourages his patients to participate in their healthcare decision-making. He is most proud of having lived among different cultures and in various countries. In his spare time, Dr. Abovian visits friends, reads, fishes, watches movies, listens to music, and spends time with his family. In addition to English, he is fluent in Spanish, Armenian, and Russian.
